Emerald Digital Media Limited (EDM- The company ) was incorporated in March 2008 as a technology based Company with its own Research and development team, software developers, management, technicians and artists.

The Country has a large pool of quality creative and technical talent who has emerged into the open to take on the challenges this ever growing industry demand. There still remain a large untapped potential in the Television and Films segment for which the country will demand more artists, creative and technical talents to emerge out into the glamorous world of entertainment.

Company has been promoted by technocrat and professional having vast experience in marketing and development of specialist software including industry unique portal, gaming and auto-animation software for the home and entertainment segments.  Amongst several software activities within the project the Company plans to install acting institutes across the country to serve as training centres as well as Company’s branch offices-cum-collection centres.

The promoters and the technical team of the Company has conceptualize and planned to develop revolutionary computer software to convert real to an animated film or movie.  Management is assisted by team of technical associates from relevant segments to provide unique solution to the media industry.

With this view and business plan in mind, management has already developed a revolutionary application called JALWAH (accessible via www.jalwah.com), to organize the  current disorganized Bollywood industry by way of an ingeniously conceptualized portal of tomorrow’s world. The JALWAH portal is already on air and since launch, it has received immense response. JALWAH has excellent potentials of healthy returns from annual subscriptions, advertisements and uploads. Movies Title Rights

The Company has its in-house division dealing with trading of movie title rights. In association with Lakshman Roa, our associate and Mumbai registered producer from Hyderabad, we have acquired through his immense network a number of movies title rights ready for dubbing and selling onto to Theaters and satellite channels across other parts of India. The demand has been great with a number of distributors and theater owners flooding in with enquiries and immediate deals. The Company aim to expand this activity internationally in months to come.

Ad-making division

With a number of experienced key personnel already associated with the big names in the industry, the Company is consistently seeking for TV ad-making contracts in order to grow its ad-making division within the Company. This will provide a unique one stop shop for the clients with own artist bank, own audition facilities and experienced ad-making Directors.
