Founders Statement

We, Mr. Kanti R Patel, Mr. Hirji K Patel and Mr. Vishal Bhagat together with a team of experienced key personnel are all set to achieve our company goal of becoming one of the fastest growing software/production houses of modern days. Most of our products within our company are unique and innovative carefully thought of and designed to solve and handle all of current problems and future requirements of the industry. With “to do differently and better than all other” though in mind by our immensely experienced board of directors, the Company will no doubt grow beyond its long standing competitors in very short span of time.

Mr Kanti R. Patel

He is an accomplished technology and business consultant with a Bachelors of Science with Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brunel University of London. He has more than 15+ years in Advanced Software Engineering Solutions. He has consulted for global Fortune 100 companies in the UK and USA, including British Telecom, AT&T, London Stock Exchange, Goldman Sachs, Reuters UK and Microsoft. Kanti has served as e-Commerce Director of a large consulting firm and presented seminars on high performance e-Commerce software solutions. At Microsoft, New York, he was responsible for managing and promoting advanced .NET Software Solution Architectures, with responsibility for more than 400 clients. At present, he serves as President of Digital Riverside, Inc., a software consulting practice he founded with specialization in Enterprise Application Software Solutions. Kanti has presented a myriad of technology seminars on Software Application Development to Wall Street firms. His and his company’s immense experience in Microsoft software design and development is being used and deployed in most software applications including gaming software implemented by the Company.

Mr Hirji K Patel

He is a BSc (Hon) graduate in Avionics from Queen Mary College (University of London). An NRI and an ex-missile scientist and most reputed software and IT hardware consultant in UK. He has lived most of his life in London. He has been working in India for last 8 years and currently is Managing Director of a BSE listed company – Allied Computers International (Asia) Limited. His immense technical expertise in the field of IT hardware has already helped Allied Computers International (Asia) Limited acclaim historic product launches for which his work has been extensively covered by many electronic and paper media all over the country. His experience in computer software and digital hardware stems from design and developing of hardware embedded system software to high graphics orientated application software. He has developed a unique concept for making animated films from real films using in-house conversion methods, neural network, feature detection methods and artificial intelligence to automate conversion of complete movies to animated version as per the specification and requirement of clients. He is also at the forefront of making of a unique portal of tomorrow’s generation together with some innovative gaming products that are currently under development.

Mr. Vishal Bhagat

He is a BCom graduate with over 6 years experience in entertainment industry. He has a good contact based to help and guide the marketing developments of Company’s Entertainment based projects.

Mr. Jay Sampat

He has been working in the IT industry for last 8 years. His experience include sales distribution and maintenance of PCs, networking and server equipments. He launched EDM with aim to venture into the ever expanding field of entertainment focusing primarily on hardware requirements and setup for the portal and other software developments within the Company.

Our board of independent Directors

Mr Jitendra Patel

He is a diploma graduate in fabric technology, export/import management and fashion design. His work experience in the field of his qualification stems for over 12 years working within family businesses Manjari (shari shop) and CircleP (departmental store) together with running a partnership company wholesaling men’s and women’s fashion garments.  With first of many project already on air, i.e. Jalwah!, and first version of the animation conversion software already near completion, he together with Mr Jay Sampat and the team is all set to achieve the company goal of becoming one of the fastest growing software/production of modern days.

Mr. Hardik Kantilal Patel

He is a post graduate in Arts faculty currently owning and running several schools in Ahmedabad.

Mr. Nitin V. Bhambhani

He is a self made fashion designer with over six years of experience in sales and distribution of fashion garments.
