Management will implement in staged manner its business strategy including development of entertainment software for auto conversion of movies to animated films.  The management team is supported by qualified technical staff and professionals with relevant experience to ensure successful implementation of this project.

Mr Hirji Kanji Patel (CEO)

Mr. Hirji K Patel CEO of the Company. Mr Hirji Kanji Patel is a BSc (Hon) graduate in Avionics from Queen Mary College (University of London). An NRI and an ex-missile scientist and most reputed software and IT hardware consultant in UK. He has lived most of his life in London. He has been working in India for last 8 years and currently is Managing Director of a BSE listed company – Allied Computers International (Asia) Limited. His immense technical expertise in the field of IT hardware has already helped Allied Computers International (Asia) Limited acclaim historic product launches for which his work has been extensively covered by many electronic and paper media all over the country.

His experience in computer software and digital hardware stems from design and developing of hardware embedded system software to high graphics orientated application software. 

He has developed a unique concept for making animated films from real films using in-house conversion methods, neural network, feature detection methods and artificial intelligence to automate conversion of complete movies to animated version as per the specification and requirement of clients. He is also at the forefront of making of a unique portal of tomorrow’s generation together with some innovative gaming products that are currently under development.

Mr. Gyanishakti Prasad (Chief Marketing Officer)

Mr. Gyanishakti is a MBA Graduate and is responsible for heading the Marketing activities of the Company. His marketing experience stems for Banking to Entertainment sector and is today leading a team of marketing staff to market the features and benefits of Jalwah as a portal and as a unique concept.

Mr. Vishal Bhagat  (Head of Media)

Mr. Vishal Bhagat heads the Media division of the Company. He has completed his B.Com and having 6 years experience in entertainment industry. He has a good contact based to help and guide the marketing developments of Company’s Entertainment based projects.   

Mr. Jay Sampat (Head of Finance)

Mr. Jay Sampat  heads the finance division of the Company. He has been working in the IT industry for last 8 years. His experience includes finance management, sales distribution and maintenance of PCs, networking and server equipments. After working as freelance Casting Director and thereafter Assistance to Executive Producer in the Entertainment industry for three years, he launched EDM with aim to venture into the ever expanding field of entertainment focusing primarily on hardware requirements and setup for the portal and other software development/s within the Company.  

Mr Vishal Dadia (Head of Technical- Hardware)

Mr Vishal Dadia is a BCom graduate from Mumbai University. He has 15 years of experience in IT hardware and software design and development. His hardware experience includes network setup including rack servers and routers, desktop and laptop assembly and configuration. His software experience includes design and development of web pages, marketing material, establishing application links and off-line audio and video editing. He joined the Company to work on the Jalwah project and today heads the Technical department of Jalwah.com. His responsibilities are to ensure smooth and effecient running of the Jalwah portal, together with ensuring full working of Company networking and backup facilities.

Baijesh R. Pandey (Head of Acting Institute / Film Academy)

Mr Brajesh Pandey is a BSc graduate in Microbiology at Mumbai University. He also holds a Diploma in Electronics from St Xaviers College, Mumbai, specializing in Audio Technology. He has 25 years of experience in audio design for films and television media. He has previously worked for Famous Studio, Mahalaxmi (1 yr), Mumbai Film Laboratories (1 yr), Film Center (6yrs) and Sahar India TV Network as a sound designer (15yrs). Whilst working at Sahar India, he established Mumbai Film Academy in year 2003.

He joined the company in July 2010 to head the Acting Institute and Film Academy Division of the company.

Mr Himanshu Sharma (Head - PR & TVC Productions)

Mr Himanshu Sharma is a graduate in Bachelor of Journalism (Mass Communication) from Amity University – Uttar Pradesh. He carries over 4 years of extensive experience in the field of Ad film making (directing and production). He has previously worked on freelance and in-house basis as Assistant Director to prominent names such as Pralad Kakar, David Alcakvada (oscar nominee) and Kim Dempster. He is also a guest lecturer in Amity University for advertising and film making.

He Joined the Company in Sep 2009 on the management level for the division taking care of making of TVC, Print Ads, Radio Jingle, etc for clients. He is responsible for the Production Division and maintaining relationship with the corporate client and to help them give a total solution to promote and enhance their products. 

Mr Jay P Patel (Head - Software Development)

Mr Jay P. Patel is a MCA post graduate from Lucknow University, UP. He is working as a head software design &development engineer on the Jalwah project  He has 2 year of experience in the field software development.

Ms Farha Shaikh  (Head - Jalwah Marketing)

Ms Farha Shaikh is a BA graduate from Kalina Unversity, Mumbai, specialising in sociology. She is responsible for heading a team of Business Development Managers establishing tie-ups with production Houses and advertising agencies regularly looking for models and artists. She also look after the PR aspects of the Jalwah system.

 She had previously worked for Channel Mahua as Reporter and anchor.as well as conducting personal interviews of artists. On freelance basis, she had also organized corporate parties and organized sponsored fashion shows (last show being Mr and Miss attitude sponsored by Herbal Ascense (sponsor),   

Ms Vandna Bajpai (Head - Jalwah Casting)

She is a recent TYBMM graduate from Rizvi College (Mumbai University) and heads the jalwah casting team. Her work involves casting right models and artists for clients as well as fill communication gaps  between artists and clients via Jalwah’s back-office team. She is a fresh graduate and joined the company in March 2011.

Ms Chetna Arun Desai  (Head - Jalwah BackOffice)

Ms Chetna Desai is a 10^th pass and joined the Company in October 2009 heads. She heads the Jalwah back-office team. She has many years of experiences in back office management working with various Banks. At EDM Limited, she head the full Back office of Jalwah!.
