Key Persons

Management will implement in staged manner its business strategy including development of entertainment software for auto conversion of movies to animated films. The management team is supported by qualified technical staff and professionals with relevant experience to ensure successful implementation of this project.

Mr Vishal Dadia (Head of Technical- Hardware)

Mr Vishal Dadia is a BCom graduate from Mumbai University. He has 15 years of experience in IT hardware and software design and development. His hardware experience includes network setup including rack servers and routers, desktop and laptop assembly and configuration. His software experience includes design and development of web pages, marketing material, establishing application links and off-line audio and video editing. He joined the Company to work on the Jalwah project and today heads the Technical department of Jalwah.com. His responsibilities are to ensure smooth and effecient running of the Jalwah portal, together with ensuring full working of Company networking and backup facilities.

Mr. Gyanishakti Prasad (Head of Marketing)

Mr. Gyanishakti is a MBA Graduate and is responsible for heading the Marketing activities of the Jalwah Portal. His marketing experience stems for Banking to Entertainment sector and is today leading a team of marketing staff to market the features and benefits of Jalwah as a portal and as a unique concept.

Mr Sudhir (Consultant - Software)

Mr Sudhir is Technical Consultant and Share holder of the Company. He is an industry renouned website and portal designer with 6 years of experience in quality design and development. He together with Mr Susheel is in charge of design and development of the Jalwah portal. First phase for the portal has been completed and put up live. They are now working on the future version of the portal adding features in stage wise manner until the completion of the full EDM portal as outlined in this project plan. He works on freelance basis on job work under guidance of Mr Hirji Kanji Patel and Vishal Dadia.

Mr Shusheel (Consultant – Software)

Mr Shusheel is Technical Consultant and Shareholder of the Company. He has many years of database and computer software application design and development experience. He together with Mr Sudhir and rest of highly qualified technical team of the Company is developing the company portal starting from Jalwah!, bringing global artist community together, complete global shopping till bringing free movies and music at every door step. He works on freelance basis on job work under guidance of Mr Hirji K Patel and Mr Vishal Dadia.

Mr Himanshu Sharma (Head - PR)

He Joined the Company in Sep 2009 on the management level for the division taking care of TVC, Print Ads, Radio Jingle, etc. He is responsible for the Production Division and maintaining relationship with the corporate client and to help them give a total solution to promote and enhance their products. He has done Bachelor of Journalism (Mass Communication) from Amity University – Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Raju Prajapati (Head – Casting)

He joined the Company in August 2009 to look after the Jalwah back office activities that include liaison with production houses, Ad agencies and artiste. His responsibility also include furnishing of weekly rep0rrs to the Jalwah management detailing full casting activities through Jalwah. Today, he heads the full back office team of Jalwah.com. He is currently persuing BCom graduation from Mumbai University.

Ms. Swapna Ajay Gadkari (HR Manager)

She joined the Company in January 2010 as HR head. She is a B.Com graduate, with 3 years experience in artist casting, coordination, and grooming. Here main responsibility  in the company is staff recruitment, welfare and training.

MS. Seema Siana (Script Writer)

Ms. Seema Siana has a diploma in Civil Engineering. He has also attended courses in Auto-Cad and 3D-Max and has worked as an interior designer. She is now a renouned lyric and story writer with number of her work complete and released in the market. She is currently working on a Film story on behalf of the Company. She is also working on a music album the Company is planning to make and release. She is in charge of script writing, grooming, advising and training of Jalwah! artistes coming in for auditions.

Mr. Deepak Daas (Head of Martial Arts Training - Jalwah)

Mr. Deepak Daas a BSc graduate in Bio-Chemistry and a professional Martial Arts Trainer - Yoga & Fitness Coach – Power Yoga Teacher – Martial Arts Fight Choreographer for the Audio-Visual Entertainment Industry. He is one of company’s key person to organize full marketing material and training of students within acting institutes of the Company. He heads the martial arts training team within Jalwah!

Ms Chetna Arun Desai (Head of Back Office – Jalwah)

Ms Chetna Desai has many years of experiences in back office working with various Banks. At EDM Limited, she head the full Back office of Jalwah!.

Manishkumar Upadhyaya

is a BCOM graduate and Certified Financial Consultant and Planner. He has worked in the finance field for over 20 years, His main functions of work has been financial planning, Corporate fund raising and creating various successful strategical marketing avenues for over 100 small to mid-size companies amounting to Rs100’s of crores.
