A portal for bollywood and home entertainment industry of the future.
This portal is designed to fulfill all bollywood and home entertainment requirements of including community chatting, artists seeking work, movie making, movie trailer, movie on demand, music on demand, shopping, auctioning, pet mating and most other features required by tomorrow’s people and tomorrow’s world of home entertainment.
First version of this portal has already been completed under banner JALWAH.COM. This is now operational with its full activities implemented in stagewise manner

Animation Prior to completion of our unique auto-animation software, EDM animation and its team of artists and technicians follow a classical cell animation technique: every single frame is drawn by hand before being scanned, digitized and sequenced to form a complete animation story. Currently, whilst providing technical inputs to the Research and development team, the EDM animation team is in process of developing a concept for implementation with a view to releasing an animated film before end of this year.

EDM Live Events is the niche and innovative business division of Emerald Digital Media Limited. With an integrated approach, we take on everything right from the development of an idea to the execution and broadcast of an event.
Our main areas of focus are corporate events and live entertainment events, mostly in the televised events category. We also manage the Intellectual Property Rights of events on behalf of clients and provide niche content that boosts viewer-ship for television channels. By exploring the furthermost boundaries of Live Entertainment, we ensure alternative and fresh content for our clients and consumers.
We have ample of skilled resources to produce quality products starting from software development to production of music, ads, movies and organizing live events for the elite corporate. The Company at all times are having to use external facilities for their productions and hence increasing cost of each product production. The Company is therefore aiming to raise funds through IPO in order to accommodate its full development team and to facilitate all state-of-the-art equipment used for production of entertainment products under one roof. This will not only save production costs of Company’s own products but also help generate substantial rental revenue for the company during times when they are not utilised by the Company.
Title trading and distribution EDM plans to actively distribution and trade films and music titles for increase in brand awareness, turnover and bottom line.
Movie We have just completed scripting of an original and real-life storyline for a movie we plan to roll out before the end of this year. The story is of an NRI who has been through all the worst obstacles in life including his own disabilities, cheating and harassment to find him self at top of the world before he boldely decides to render his extraordinary skills to India – not knowing the movements of most deadlier sharks of India.
This story line has been pitched to likes of Amir Khan in order to ensure a making of a block buster. The estimated budget for his movie is around Rs40 crores with expected returns in India and international market in excess of Rs150 crores.
The finance for the whole project will be brought in by external means on profit share basis.
