A) Software Development

The Company is currently engaged in developing :
Revolutionary software package to auto-animate real-life motion pictures: This package will be first of its kind in the world that will programmatically convert a real-life movie clip to a 2-D or 3-D animated clip. Design and Development work is currently under way. First release of this package is expected to be ready by end of this year.

First few releases of this software will provide the home segment the facility to convert their home videos into 2-D and 3-D animated or cartoon form. Releases thereafter shall facilitate making and re-making of bollywood and Hollywood films.
A portal for bollywood and home entertainment industry of the future: This portal is designed to fulfill all bollywood and home entertainment requirements of including community chatting, artists seeking work, movie making, movie trailer, movie on demand, music on demand, shopping, auctioning, pet mating and most other features required by tomorrow’s people and tomorrow’s world of home entertainment.

Our in-house Research team works closely with our software developers to develop and maintain new and innovative products to increase Company strength as a leader in technology and assist post production, marketing and distribution.
We acknowledge that both the above products will add great value to the Company in terms of providing healthy revenue stream and brand awareness and hence shall treat them as pillar products of the Company requiring constant marketing and development for new and enhanced features to keep them both well ahead of any future competitive products.

B) Portal development

Develop a unique and most comprehensive web-based portal for bollywood and home entertainment with some of the major features as listed below:

• Self marketing and recruiting of artists and technicians
• To provide a direct marketing platform for the emerging artists and technicians of today and tomorrow

• To provide production houses a direct global distribution platform to sell and market their work

The Company has already developed and put up live and have started marketing first feature of the portal under the banner, JALWAH!, i.e. Self marketing and recruitment of artists and technicians. Response to this has been excellent throughout the country with many registrations being bagged daily.  Company is targeting 5 lacs paid registrations throughout the country for this fiscal year with Rs7.5 Cr of revenue expected per every one lac registrants after distribution costs.
Other features of the portal are currently under development with view to integrate these within JALWAH! in phased manner.
Bollywood and home entertainment segment is growing at a very fast rate in India.  A comprehensive portal like one the Company is developing directly addresses both these segment and will insite majority of users within the segment to give the portal a great value in the market and hence to the Company.

 

C) Animation

EDM’s animation team of artists and technicians follow a classical cell animation technique: every single frame is drawn by hand before being scanned, digitized and sequenced to form a complete animation story. Currently, whilst providing technical inputs to the Research and development team, the EDM animation team is in process of developing a concept for implementation with a view to releasing an animated film within the forthcoming year.

 

D) Acting Institute

The Company aim to offer a one-stop solution to all artists joining or intending to join JALWAH!. Within all Jalwah centers across India, the Company shall incorporate a fully facilitated in-house acting institute to offer locally, acting, dancing and fighting training to all its enrolled artists.

 

E) Ad-Making Division

The Ad-making division of the Company shall give value addition to all its Jalwah artists as well as offer of a one-stop-shop for all its clients wishing to make an advert for their product/s, providing wide selection of JALWAH! artists, own audition facilities, casting services and skilled ad-makers.

 

F) Movie Title Rights

The Movies Title Rights division of the company has a selection of ready acquired title rights for a number of movies. We provide sale or dubbing+sale option to all our clients and prospective clients. We also provide service of finding and acquiring hard to get movie titles for clients from across the country. This division has grown immensely in the past few months proving ever increasing demand in this sector. The Company aim to offer the sales and services of this division internationally in the very near future.

 

G) Gaming

We boast of a number of completely integrated technology platforms, which have been indigenously created using the latest Microsoft (MS) technologies and tools.

• Wireless: Our Wireless Technology Platform already has leading media companies, content owners, telecom operators and handset majors using it to run their wireless content and services business.
• Richmedia: The Richmedia Technology Platform (capable of handling audio, video and gaming as well) will be used by of our clients to set up their direct-to-consumer portals, music stores & online gaming portals.

H)  Production

We are confident that we will make our DD serial a great success. We are already in talks with production of further serials with DD and 9X channel. Upon completion of the former, we are sure to be assigned a number of serials making contract this year alone. This shall help us win further contracts with these and other prominent channels and in turn make our tele-films division a strong and stable entity within EDM.  This activity will be a great value-addition to all our JALWAH registered artists.

Considering the original story line and current taste of viewers, we are very confident that are movie planned for will be a great success. This will give us a strong base and platform to launch further movies of this caliber in future. We have already compiled a number of story lines and will be brought onto desk for further work once the first movie is completed and released.
 
We shall on regular basis churn out music albums, music videos, movies, animated films, TV serials, mobile and home video games and organise and manage corporate events in order to generate a continuous revenue flow for the Company.

Using our portal and specialist marketing team, we shall provide distribution platform for titles and products compiled by other production houses.

We plan to strengthen our research team to bring to India Hollywood style special effects of visuals and sound within bollywood movies.
